I was billed and charged for this item; however, I never received ANY communication from the owner and have not received the cookies. I will be requesting a full refund!

I received these today, a day late, which isn’t necessarily the seller’s fault. I was a bit disappointed, however, because they didn’t look like the posting… no sparkles on Olaf and no gold dusting on Elsa and Anna. Also, despite good packaging, many of the cakes were cracked and two were smashed. My daughter ate one and said it was good, however.
