Welcome to our shop! All designs are our own and each item is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks from order date to receive your items. We DO NOT OFFER Returns, Exchanges or Refunds. We also cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order prints and is shipped from our printer.
Arrival estimates for orders are provided at checkout and are only estimates. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Orders over $35 dollars qualify for domestic Standard Free Shipping. Please purchase responsibly. Please check our Etsy FAQ.

Our items are professionally printed by printers located out of state and orders are shipped from there. Proximity to our business address in Cleveland does not mean you will receive the order sooner, as we do not keep stock on hand.
You will receive a shipping email with tracking as soon as your order is completed and ships. USPS is still managing delays across the country. Items may take up to a week after the estimated delivery date to be delivered.
If an incomplete or incorrect address was given at checkout, and the package is returned to our printer, you will have to repurchase shipping to have the order resent.
Please note that we offer free Standard Domestic Shipping on orders over $35, but that does not include priority shipping. If you need priority shipping and are spending over $35, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote and we can send you a separate upgraded listing to purchase.
We also do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds based on the wrong size ordered. Please check the size charts in each listing to ensure you're purchasing the correct size. Sizes for shirts are UNISEX and vary as we use a variety of brands; Bella and Canvas Unisex, Gildan, and Anvil. We have included manufacturer-size guides in each listing to help you choose your best size. Manufacturer Sizes are approximate and can vary within 1-2 inches of the size chart's measurements. As always If unsure we recommend sizing up. Feel free to reach out if you have questions prior to your purchase.
We are also not responsible for packages once they leave our printer.

Sizing details
Our Shirts are UNISEX. Sizes for shirts vary as we use a variety of brands; Bella and Canvas Unisex, Gildan, and Anvil. We have included manufacturer-size guides in each listing to help you choose your best size.
We DO NOT OFFER exchanges, returns or refunds if the wrong size was ordered or chosen. Please shop responsibly.
Manufacturer Sizes are approximate and can vary within 1-2 inches of the size chart measurements. If you have any questions about the size please feel free to send us a convo before you purchase and we'll do our best to help. Measurements are best taken at home by measuring a shirt you already own and then matching the sizes.
Do you Offer Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, or Cancellations?
No. We DO NOT OFFER returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Each item in our shop is made-to-order to your specific request, such as shirt style, size, color, and design, and printed when you order it.
Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
We additionally do not offer exchanges if the wrong size, style, color, etc. was ordered. If you have any questions regarding materials, sizing, etc. please contact us before placing your order. We include size charts in each listing with approximate size measurements to guide your purchase. Please let us know if you need a size chart.
We are not responsible for late packages, missing packages, missing packages marked as delivered, etc. Please make sure your address is correct.
Do I Get Everything in the Feature Picture?
No. We'll sometimes do a flat lay for each shirt that will show additional items to give a "real-life" feel to the product in the picture. The product itself ( the shirt, skirt, phone case, etc. ) is the only thing you'll receive when you order. The other items are just props.
Are you affiliated with Disney?
No! While we love Disney and often write about vacationing at Disney Parks or use Disney movies as inspiration in our designs and artwork we are in no way affiliated with The Walt Disney Company, its affiliates, or subsidiaries.
How Fast Will My Order Ship?
All items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.
Print time is between 5-10 business days. Plus shipping time. Processing and shipping times vary. Unfortunately, we cannot offer rush or promise items received by a certain date. If you would like your mail carrier to get your items to you faster, you can choose paid priority shipping at checkout.
Note that paying more for upgraded shipping does not necessarily mean your order will get to you faster. And we cannot guarantee arrival of orders by a specific date.
Care instructions
Please note: We do not Pre-Wash items, as a result, this may cause an item to arrive with processing fluid spots. These pinkish spots wash out with 1-3 washes. Processing fluid shows up most in light blue colors. Please be aware of this.
DTG printed apparel can be Machine washed cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Free Shipping
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders over 35 dollars in our shop. Please note Free Shipping is specific to Standard Shipping on Domestic orders. We cannot satisfy orders over 35 dollars with the priority shipping option. If requested we can send a shipping upgrade listing to accommodate the extra priority shipping cost and fulfill the order. We additionally welcome you to visit our store at polkadotpixieshop.com if you need a variety of shipping options.
Shipping Policies
Often our orders are processed quickly and ship fast but we cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date in order for it to arrive before your vacation so please plan accordingly. If you purchase multiple items they may arrive separately.
Please give your Post Office the appropriate time to deliver your item. We are not responsible and cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered to the wrong address.
If you have supplied us with an inaccurate address, an incomplete address, or an address that prevents the postal service from delivering your items we are not liable for shipping costs to re-ship your order, once it is returned to us. Please double-check the addresses associated with your account prior to purchase.
DTG Printing Process, Stain and Smells
DTG printing is a method that sprays ink onto garments and is similar to printing on paper. DTG-printed designs soak into the clothing fibers. DTG designs are printed using non-toxic vegan inks that ensure the garments are safe.
When unpacking you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment!
A fixation agent is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
Does Your Shop Close?
YES. Please check the Announcements for times when we are closed. We also close annually for the holiday season, starting the second week in December. We additionally close intermittently as needed throughout the year. As such we recommend you purchase items when needed and don't wait until the last minute.
