Within Australia,please allow 8 business days to receive your order.

For all International orders (out of Australia), please allow about 5-8 weeks to receive your order. The estimates above don't include processing times at Customs.

If you need your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing an order to upgrade to Express Post or Courier Post. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates and do not accept returns or issue refunds if your order doesn't reach you in time for your event.

It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post. Unfortunately it can happen. We recommend upgrading your shipping to include insurance or tracking to safeguard your parcel, as we are unable to replace or refund orders that go missing in the post.

For domestic orders (within Australia), the option to upgrade to tracking is available at checkout. If you'd like to add insurance or Signature on delivery please message us before placing your order.

For international orders (outside Australia), as the charges for insurance and tracking vary greatly according to your location, please message us before you place an order to get an accurate quote.

Please be advised that returns will be allowed only if an item is faulty. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us about it. We will advise if a return is needed.

In the unlikely event where you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us about it.

We do not offer change of mind returns.

All returns need to be approved by us for a refund to be processed or a replacement sent out.

Please note, we have a 'No Cancellation' policy, so please be sure of your order before you place it. If you have any questions, please reach out before you place your order.

Any parcels returned to sender because of incorrect address provided by the customer will incur postage charges to be sent out to you again. Australia Post is now charging senders for Return mail and this charge will be passed on to the customer if an incorrect address is provided. Please ensure the address on your account is correct.

If the error is on our part, we will bear the cost of sending you your order.

No refund or replacement will be issued for unauthorised Return to sender.

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES - Please be advised that cut-off dates for delivery by Christmas is as follows -
1) For USA is 22 Nov 2020
2) For delivery within Australia (untracked) is 1 Dec 2020
3) For delivery within Australia (with tracked parcel post) is 10 Dec 2020
4) For delivery within Australia (with Express post) is 16 Dec 2020
