Due to numerous orders where the embroidery will not fit -- I will reiterate here. The last line can be a date of up to 6 digits OR a name of up to 6 characters -- but NOT both.

The whole embroidery has to be about the same number of characters as in the examples

These are sweet little heart labels for dad that will fit on the back of most ties - 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches- please check size to make sure.

A note about formatting: There is only space for the date in the format of mm.dd.yy OR dd.mm.yy

I use dots between the numbers. They take the least space and nicely separate the numbers.

We have them shown in several colors and we can use your small scrap of fabric if you want to customize that way.

Other colors can be available by special request and enough time to process the request.

Colors: The last photo is my attempt to get a good color representation of all the colors in one photo since only 5 photos are allowed for a listing.

They are left to right:
Row 1: white, ivory, shiny silver, matte silver, charcoal, bridal blue
Row 2: chambray blue, true denim, royal blue, navy, purple, black
Row3: red, burgundy, orange, tan, brown
Row 4: matte gold, gold lame, liquid gold
