Each pretzel will come individually wrapped, along with matching ribbon. I take care in packaging to ensure no damage when shipping.
Orders are shipped via UPS and will include ice packs during the summer month. Please e-mail me if you wish to use and alternate address to ensure someone is there for delivery so you package is not left sitting.

I am not responsible for melting or damage that may occur due to an order being left in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend.

Please understand that shipping delays are out of my control. I am not responsible for delays. Use your tracking number to track your order. If there is a delay along the way, contact the carrier but please do let me know.

Please Note:
Every order is made to order, packed carefully and shipped with extreme care. I also provide ice packs in the summer that are in insulated envelopes for longer travel. I understand that damages are disappointing and inconvenient. However, I cannot give full refunds for issues that are out of my control, such as extreme weather or mishandling. If you would like to be compensated for damages, pictures are required within 1 hour of delivery. You will receive a partial credit, discount, or credit towards a future order.
