If we send you an item you did not order, or if your mug/item arrives broken/damaged, please send me a message via Etsy Messages with a picture attached for proof WITHIN 48 HOURS (Please include photos of packaging materials too), and we will happily replace your item!

If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your Mail Carrier. We are not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items. PLEASE SEND US AN ETSY MESSAGE and we will assist you in any way we can! If tracking shows your item is still in transit or hasn't updated in several days/appears to be lost, an inquiry may need to submitted with shipping carrier (we can submit for you).
