Vans Vault x Mister Cartoon x Neighborhood UA Authentic 44 DXBlack & White
Long-time collaborators Vans Vault and Neighborhood team up once again this season, bringing LA-based tattoo artist Mr. Cartoon on board to celebrate West Coast culture. The pack includes two iconic pairs from Vans’ lineup, with this Authentic DX taking a more graphic heavy approach to the underlying convenience store theme. The traditional canvas uppers are covered in Chicano style illustrations, interweaving the fictitious Uncle Toon’s Mart with tattoo-like characters, and team with high foxing tape for that famous SoCal skate aesthetic. They’re finished with a muted black heel plaque and scripted text acknowledging each of the contributing partners.
