The car park is operated between 07:00-22:00 on weekdays and 09:00-22:00 on Sundays. Last entry 10pm. You can exit the car park at anytime after the centre closes, entry and exit to the car park is via the Chantry Road entrance on Upper Ground (please use the lifts). This entrance is across from the Theatre Royal and Assembly House and just down from Chapelfield Plain.

1,000 spaces, including disabled and parent and child spaces on two levels. Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from the car park directly to the shopping centre. Accessible shopping bays are located on both levels of the car park. Motorbikes are welcome in the centre car park free of charge. The car park is not suitable for bicycles, however bike racks are easily accessible close to Chapelfield Plain and on South Lane.
