U.S. Shipping

All Pretty Cool Tees are custom made to order and are printed and shipped from our Chicago, IL facility. Shirts are typically printed, inspected, and packaged within 2-5 business days. Shirts are then shipped via USPS (or UPS) and can take 2-5 business days. The longest we usually see for delivery from date of purchase is two weeks. In most cases, you can expect to receive your shirt in 5-10 business days. We keep you up to date through each step of the order process and provide full tracking information as soon as it is available.

Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide Shipping is available via USPS First-Class International Mail. Delivery from date of purchase can take 2-4 weeks.

We take pride in the quality of both our t-shirts and our designs. We accept returns if the shirt is not as described in our ad or if it is damaged. Customers may choose money back, store credit, or product replacement. New merchandise must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for refund. Customer pays return shipping fees.

Due to the custom nature of your shirt order (each shirt is custom made to order), returns due to size issues may be subject to an $8.00 re-printing and shipping fee. Please check size charts carefully.
