If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange goods, where possible, provided a return is requested within 14 days of receipt and items are returned within 21 days of receipt and meet the requirements outlined below.

Returns are accepted on Ready to Wear pieces.

Returns for custom orders are at my discretion based on the specifics of the item and whether or not it is likely to sell again.

Returns are only accepted for items that are returned in an unworn, as new condition, returned in sturdy packaging.

A deduction may be made from the refund for any reduction in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to be sure they are what you ordered.

If I receive notice of your cancellation within 3 business days of you placing your order I will refund the purchase price for that item together with any relevant postage charge.

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications, made to order or clearly personalised items are exempt from this cancellation right.

Items that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. The returns policies will apply.

I use sturdy cardboard boxes to ship my items. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and are surrounded by bubble wrap or other suitable filling as appropriate. For environmental reasons I try to reuse packaging and boxes as long as they are of suitable quality.

Please note that colours may vary due to your screen resolution or differences in supplier's fabric batches. This is not classed as a fault or defect with the item.

All of my hats are hand-blocked, stiffened and wired using traditional millinery techniques. Only the highest grade of materials are used, and each piece is hand-stitched with the greatest of care and precision, leaving you with a little work of art that will last you for many occasions to come.

All of my sinamay cocktail hats are created using a triple layer of sinamay, unlike many cheaper alternatives which tend to use only two layers of fabric. The triple layer provides you with a much sturdier piece and is less translucent than cheaper items.
