Can I order a custom size print?
My prints are available in up to 6 sizes to fit standard UK frames.
Unfortunately at this time I am not taking orders for custom size prints.
I'm not sure how to print my art - can you help?
A 'Printing Guide' is now provided with every order for printable art. This file is a PDF document and is listed with your downloadable files.
The guide explains which files to download, tips on choosing paper, printer settings and printing with a print shop.
If you need further help or advice just drop me a message or an email to: diane@artcandy.co.uk.
My art prints have arrived damaged, what can I do?
I do my best to package your prints to protect them during postage. I understand that sometimes damage occurs during shipping so please contact me if your order has arrived in a less than perfect condition and I will work with you to resolve the situation.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Whether you are ordering a gift or treating yourself, all orders are beautifully packaged and wrapped with glassine tissue paper and secured with a branded sticker - making it perfect for a gift.
If your order is a gift being delivered directly to the recipient, please make a note in the 'order notes' box during checkout and I'll exclude the price from the packaging slip. I can also add a personal note to the recipient if required.
Do you ship worldwide?
I do not currently ship Worldwide due to issues with delayed delivery.
I've just placed an order and I'd like to cancel it
If you have placed an order in error, please contact me within 12 hours of ordering to request cancellation.
As my prints are custom made to order, if your order has already been dispatched I cannot cancel the order.
Do you offer a framing service?
At this time I don't offer a framing service however I plan to in the near future.
I have received my prints however I want to return them
All art prints are printed and cut to order, especially for you and I cannot re-sell returned prints.
As per the UK distance selling law, custom or personalised products are non-returnable unless the prints have been damaged during transit or defective on my behalf.
If I have sent the wrong prints to you or if there is an issue with the print quality etc, I will gladly re-send the prints to you at no extra cost.
Do you produce all the art on your shop?
Fifty percent of the art on the shop is produced by myself and the other half is licensed art. This means I pay a fee to the artist for use of the image.
Every piece of art you receive has been printed and packaged from my UK studio - I do not use any third party printers.
