This set contains the following products:

• Alpha-H Gentle Daily Exfoliant 12g
• Alpha-H Micro Cleanse 30ml
• Alpha-H Liquid Gold Smoothing & Perfecting Mask 30ml

Directions for use:

• Each morning: After cleansing, dispense a teaspoon of the Gentle Daily Exfoliant into the palm of your hand and blend with a few drops of water; enough to form a smooth paste. Gently massage over the face and neck – including the eye and lips areas. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water. Can also be blended with your favourite cleanser to create a micro exfoliating wash.
• Twice a week: Gently massage a ten pence piece sized amount of Micro Cleanse over the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the delicate eye and lip areas. Stop massaging and leave on for 1-2 minutes. Your skin may tingle momentarily. Rinse off with lots of warm water.
• Once a week: Apply a thin layer of the Liquid Gold Smoothing & Perfecting Mask over the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the delicate eye and lips areas. Leave on for 10 minutes. Your skin will tingle during the entire treatment. Gently remove the mask with lots of warm water. You can also use the mask as a pre-party boosting treatment.
