All orders are shipped by first class post. This does NOT include a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade to signed for in the UK or tracked International there is an option to do this at checkout.
Customer Service hours are 9am-5pm GMT. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
All of our planner stickers are designed and produced in house. If there is something you like the look of but it's not in the correct size for your planner, please get in touch and we will try our best to help.

Frequently asked questions
My order hasn't arrived or is damaged.
Please be aware that Royal mail does not deem an item lost until 10 working days after the expected due date for the UK, 20 working days for the EU and 25 working days for the rest of the world. I am unable to claim for any loss until this time has passed.
If after this time has passed your item has not reached you please get in touch and I will arrange a replacement. Missing orders are replaced rather than refunded.
If your item has arrived damaged please send me a message including photos of the damage. I will be happy to replace the item, I don't offer refunds for damaged items.
Custom and personalised orders
I am happy to do custom orders for you but during very busy times I may have to decline the request.
Please send me a message with your idea and we can discuss further.
Can I combine orders?
Please always contact me before placing the second order if you wish to combine. If you request orders to be shipped together the latest dispatch date will apply to all items.
Combining orders is not available during busy sale periods.
Customs Fees and marking items as a gift
Please note I am required by law to declare the value of a package on the outer packaging on ALL international orders. If your item is marked as a gift I won't include an itemised invoice in the order but the relevant customs information will still be on the outside.
