When will my order ship?
I usually require 5-7 business days to process before shipping, unless it happens to be in stock in my shop. Default shipping is first class mail, which takes about 5 days. Holidays and bad weather can also cause delays. International orders ship USPS First Class, and I can make no guarantees on deadlines for delivery. They take a couple of weeks.

I am a homeschooling mom of 4 kids, and I deal with chronic pain. I pride myself on being prompt, and you can see my reviews reflect that. But occasionally I run a day or so behind. I answer convos as soon as I can each day, which sometimes isn't until the evening.

Can I print a certain design on another shirt style or color?

Sure, send me a message and I'll check my suppliers inventory for what you are looking for.

Can you help me with sizing?
*I'd love to answer any questions you may have to make sure the shirt is going to look great on you. I know the charts are hard to understand! I have no problem exchanging for sizing, or providing a full refund if the sizing simply won't work.

Triblend shirts have different colored threads knitted in, and sometimes a white thread is more visible in some areas. This is a quirk of the process, and not an imperfection.

If you detect a bit of sticky clinginess inside the shirt, it is from the adhesive used to keep the shirts in place during printing; it will quickly wear away, and be entirely removed with the first wash.

I don't send invoices or receipts in the envelope, because I think Etsy has great email invoicing, and I feel like it wastes paper. I will be happy to include a simple note or card with your message if this will be a gift.

I believe in treating all of my orders with care and consideration. If I make a mistake, I will make it right with no hesitation.
