MOST mugs are printed on both sides & states that in the item description. If a mug is not printed on both sides, it is due to the design being to large and will become disproportionate if made smaller. If you'd like a mug to be a certain handedness, please request in the note to seller which hand you'd like to hold the mug in with the image facing outwards.

My turnaround (processing) time is 1-3 business days not including shipping time. In most cases I am able to ship within two business days but it is not guaranteed.
