LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
It is YOUR responsibility to verify shipping address when placing your order. I ONLY ship to the address Etsy gives me. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages and re-shipment of item. You will be responsible for the cost to re-ship to the correct address.
If the TRACKING info states the package was delivered, but buyer states it wasn’t, unfortunately I cannot be held responsible.
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, I will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information, non-delivered packages will not be refunded. I encourage you to contact your local Post Office in the event of a non-delivery.
