Printed Orders: If you are not satisfied with your printed products, please message me immediately for resolution. Photo proof of unsatisfactory prints must be submitted for a refund or reprint. We ONLY offer SHIPPING refunds on items that arrive "late" due to 3rd party shipping error or delays. Complete refunds will not be possible if item is delivered to you.

Instant Downloads: Once you have purchased an instant download, the file is in your account. With us having no way of retrieving that from you, we are unable to accept any cancellations or refund requests for instant downloads.

They are not! Etsy has their own way to calculate shipping depending on your location, but we know this cannot apply to rushed orders or digital files!
