The applied products are made to order. We will start creating them only when order and payment are acknowledged. Unless otherwise specified.

According to the model you have chosen, its manufacturing may require from 3 to 5 days for small products and one to two weeks for big ones. Unless otherwise specified.

Delays may change depending on my amount of work. In any case I will get in contact with you.

As to personalized orders, I will also get in contact with you to fix the terms.

All the orders are sent by French Colissimo mail service or classic postal service for small creations.

For a maximal protection of your dear object, all my shop articles are cautiously packed up in bubble wrap and cardboard so as to prevent damages during transport.

When your parcel is ready to be sent I will send you a parcel-tracking number. You can check tracking on your order/sending confirmation.

Your parcel is insured in case of loss or damage (for more information, go to the « repayment » thumb index below). Unless otherwise specified.

You will get into possession of your parcel against signature testifying (unless otherwise specified) to its good receipt as well as the good condition of its contents. If unfortunately your parcel had been delivered without your signature, I would be at a loss to find a solution. Try to get in touch with your delivery service and let me know whether an indemnity has been accepted.

BE CAREFUL : I advise you to unpack the content of your parcel in presence of the carrier. After checking everything is in good condition, you may then sign the delivery note (believe me : this advice is worth following !).

If ever the content of your parcel was damaged, refuse to accept the parcel and immediately get in contact with me. I will give you an answer within 24 hours (for repayment terms, please, go to the corresponding thumb index below).

Without these requirements being fulfilled, I wouldn’t be able to make up for it.

Postal delays :

-48h for France (2 working days)

-5 to 7 working days for overseas (in general cases)

-3 to 10 working days for international deliveries : European Union, Eastern Europe (except UE and Russia), Norway, Morocco, India, USA, Australia, Brazil, New-Zealand, South Africa, Canada.

Please, make sure the mentioned consignment address is still valid. If you give us a wrong address, I won’t be held responsible for the non-delivery of your order.

Fees, taxes, customs : I promise to provide all the necessary information about the content of your parcel. However, as most of the website sellers, I can’t have foreknowledge or I can't perceive the fees related to international parcel posts. I consider you know about these taxes and their amount.
