Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if any item is damaged during shipping, I will replace the product or refund your payment. You will need to contact me within 48 hours after the product has been delivered and you will need to provide photos of the damage and packaging for insurance purposes. Please allow up to 2 weeks for replacement item to be received, although I will try my best to have the replacement shipped ASAP!

Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped, I do not have any way of getting it back until it is returned to sender. I will be happy to ship a replacement item to the correct shipping address, but you will have to pay for the shipping. Should this happen, please contact me first in order to obtain a coupon code to replace the item!

Items that are returned to sender are not eligible for refunds and can only be reshipped! Buyers are responsible for cost to reship all items that have been returned to sender.

Because all of our products our handmade with love, we recommend handwashing with care. Please do not scrub the vinyl on your drinkware. Avoiding the dishwasher & microwave will help to prolong the life of your design.

Please select the proper shipping speed to receive your order as necessary. Refunds will not be given due to a delay by the postal service. I am able to provide insight into how long each shipping speed may take, but those dates are not guaranteed depending on your relative location and postal delays.

NO! Simply by upgrading your shipping method, you are NOT cutting down production time. Production time remains 3-5 business days unless you are purchasing the Rush My Wine Glass listing. If your tracking states that your package was delivered but it is not at the address you provided, please contact your local USPS office (not the corporate office) and reference your tracking number. Ask for the GPS coordinates for the location that they delivered the package to. It is likely the package was misdelivered or still on the truck. All buyers are solely responsible for providing a secure location for packages to be delivered to prevent theft. Once an item is marked as delivered by USPS, it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to locate the package.

YES! I always ship my orders ahead of schedule and have never been late! Sometimes, according to the post office, USPS does not scan the package until it reaches its final destination. They may be manually entering the tracking number. I understand this is frustrating, but it is likely that is the case with your package. I do my best to monitor all tracking numbers to ensure they have arrived at their destination. However, if you have not received your order within 8 business days after you receive your tracking number, the package may have been lost in transit, so please contact me for a replacement!
