Custom and personalized orders
We offer limited personalization or customization. If the listing doesn't specify that it can be personalized or customized, please send us a message prior to ordering to determine if it is something that we are able to personalize or customize. We are always willing to consider any request for a change or addition to one of our designs, so just ask! We respond quickly to messages. Thank you.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
If you wish to order several of one of our items, feel free to inquire about a quantity discount.
I need my order by a specific date, can I request expedited shipping?
We typically mail all of our products by Priority Mail which only takes 2-3 business days depending upon your location. This can vary if it is in a busy season such as Christmas when postal delivery times typically increase. You may request Express Mail which guarantees delivery in 2 days from our home post office (money back guarantee), however it is a little expensive and we would need to get a price quote for you. The time it takes for us to get your order engraved and ready to mail varies depending upon how many orders we have ahead of it and other factors. If you let us know the date you need your product we will do everything possible to make sure you have it in time or we will let you know if it is not possible.
