Resident Evil™ Revelations 2 will be releasing on PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, PlayStation®3, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft and PC in Early 2015. Evolving the episodic chapter set-up of the original Resident Evil Revelations, Resident Evil Revelations 2 will initially release as a weekly series of episodic downloads. A digital download option of the Complete Season will also be available to ensure fans can get each episode as it rolls out, and a retail disc version will arrive following the final episode. With the variety of options available, Resident Evil fans will have more choices available to them than ever before.
The beginning of the Resident Evil Revelations 2 tale sees fan favourite Claire Redfield make a dramatic return. Survivor of the Raccoon City incident depicted in previous Resident Evil games, Claire now works for the anti-bioterrorism organisation Terra Save. Moira Burton, is attending her welcome party for Terra Save when unknown armed forces storm the office. Claire and Moira are knocked unconscious and awaken later to find themselves in a dark and abandoned detention facility. Working together, they must find out who took them and to what sinister end. With the terrifying Afflicted enemies waiting around every dark corner, players will need to use their ammo and weapon supply wisely, in classic survival horror style. Will Claire and Moira make it out alive and discover what’s led to them being taken to this remote island?

Return of Evil
If you like the good old Resident Evil 1 and 2, you're going to love this one. The two-sided parallel storyline of Claire Redfield and Barry Burton is absolutely one of the best horror story of the latest 10 years, 100% Resident Evil style (with 2 different endings). The gameplay is much more "survival horror" than RE 4, 5 and 6 (and the first Revelation), with very low ammo and action sequence, but with great atmosphere and adventure-exploration elements: there are key to collect, hidden items, good backtracking and a bit of puzzles, everything that an old RE fan could request. The story mode is structured for the coop, but the single player can finish it without problems: Claire and Barry have a partner that you can switch in every moment to find hidden objects and for resolve the environmental puzzles. The story can be completed in 9 hours, but it's full of replayability, with emblem to collect and different modes (time attack and invisibile enemies). The box set offers 2 extra episodes along the classic four, one for Moira (a mix of survival and action, very important for the story) and one for the little Natalia (all stealth-based). Last but not least there is the Raid Mode, a mini-mission based mode where you have to kill a lot of monster with the classic Resident Evil characters (Hunk, Wesker, Chris ecc..). It's a very fun mode, with RPG elements that you will take a lot of time to complete (over 100 hours). Resident Evil Revelations 2 is the greatest RE of last years, very fun and full of contents: if you love the old-school way of Survival Horror, you MUST get this.
