While the ring was very pretty and I was pleased, I noticed the stone was loose. I messaged and got the offer of a ‘partial refund’ to help cover repair costs. I declined. Took it to a jeweller who said the reason it was loose was that ‘diamond’ was chipped under the claws and it was pointless to attempt a repair. Then the stone fell out. Again I was offered the partial refund. So I said ok. I paid $500 Canadian dollars and they refunded me $64. I had the ring for three months. To say the customer service is inadequate doesn’t begin to cover it. Buyer beware. I’m out $400 plus dollars.
