    5 out of 5 stars

The five star rating is for the product and it's quality, NOT FOR THE SERVICE!!! I ordered this TENKARA case from ETSY and a separate standard FLY ROD case from the artists website (flyfishingartwork.com). First of all; the product is absolutely great. The craftsmanship is very good and it's obvious that Richard takes pride in his work. What I am not impressed with is the artists return policy. Richard is willing to accept returns, however he charges a 50% restocking fee. Both rods combined cost me $249.90. With the cost of return shipping, (from Hawaii, including insurance) plus the 50% re-stocking fee, I will be lucky to receive $100 back. At that rate it's not worth it to return and I'll have to take my chances re-selling the products on eBay or Craigslist. CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
