Kinga Balogh, the designer of the brand, has been designing and making jewelry and accessories from recyclable materials, like packaging waste and old, unwanted clothing, since 2011.
In the case of textile jewelry, he combines the already existed spinning, weaving and knotting textile techniques with his own ideas. He works from cotton/jersey clothes that are old but not worn out, from which endless color variations, anti-allergenic, baby-friendly jewelry and accessories are born. With its help, garments that can still be used are given a new function with creative processing, in addition to being worn again.

After persistent study and experimentation, in 2017, soda bottle jewelry also took shape that already goes beyond the commonplace of trash art. Thanks to their painting, eye-catching pieces full of color were created.
Currently, in connection with the Precious Plastic movement, he already deals with HDPE and PP raw materials in addition to recycling PET and rethinking unwanted clothing.
Kinga considers it important to pass on the catches of some of the techniques to others, as everyone who is sensitive to recycling and the preservation of values is entitled to it, so he holds recycling workshops all over Hungary. Many kindergarten teachers have taken part in his workshops, which is especially important for the environmental and creative education of the next generation. In the framework of children's workshops and camps, it is directly possible to educate and sensitize young people to sustainable development in this way.

Any item can be custom designed to fit your needs.

Welcome to Cirrhopp upcycled jewelry and repurposed table lamps. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about my products. Looking forward to hearing from you! My jewelry as well as my lamps made by own hands from repurposed materials. Every material used by me are clean and good condition.

Recycling is not a philosophical or spiritual endeavor for me. I just believe in using things until there is no use for them anymore and creating new products or uses for old things that can still be used.
