Care instructions

Ties: Never put ties in the washing machine. Always spot clean or take to the dry cleaners.
As we use 100% cotton, the ties will need ironing occasionally to keep them looking fresh and smart.
We recommend hanging the ties on a rack to store instead of folding them.

Pocket Squares: May be machine washed at a low temperature. Do not tumble dry. Air dry only. Iron on a setting suitable for cotton.

Gift wrapping and packaging

How are items sent? Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are always striving for more eco conscious ways to work. A main way we have reduced our plastic use is by switching to paper packaging. All orders are sent out in recyclable paper envelopes or mail bags, secured with paper tape.

“Do you offer gift wrapping?”

You won’t find the option to pay extra for gift wrapping here. That’s because we want to make all our parcels look pretty upon arrival. They all are sent out neatly in tissue paper with paper tape and a business card.
You can add a gift note to your order, which will be copied out by hand.

Instead of paper receipts, Etsy will send you an e-receipt which you can print at home if needed. Perfect for sending gifts directly!

DELIVERY TIMES. ONCE DISPATCHED, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

These are delivery times, which apply AFTER an order has been dispatched.

U.K. ORDERS : All orders with standard delivery are sent out via Royal Mail first class. This takes 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : The times are the same whether standard delivery or tracked/special delivery. There is an estimated 7-10 working days for international orders.

Please note: this time is an estimate, not a guarantee. I cannot account for any delivery delays. There is always the chance that if ordering abroad there could be a delay (usually at busy times of the year).

Unless upgraded, international orders are sent out via Royal Mail’s standard delivery service. No tracking information is available for standard delivery.
