◆ Our Stickers DO NOT adhere to silk, satin, washable paint or paint with a texture. If you wall is heavily textured after using a roller you may struggle to adhere.
◆ Our stickers will adhere to some wallpapers but not textured ones.

◆ Please wait 3 - 4 weeks before applying to new painted surfaces
◆ Background colour - None.. your surface serves as a background colour. Please choose the appropriate colour for your wall
◆ Stickers will adhere to smooth flat surfaces…. Especially vehicles, mirrors, walls, windows, paper, canvas, card, laptops, iPads.

We offer a range of colours to suit all rooms and styles... we have a choice of 25 colours in our chart but if there is a particular colour you are looking for that we do not offer just email us to discuss.

If you require this sticker to stick on the inside of a window to be seen from the outside please request "REVERSE CUT".

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our items are custom handmade to order all purchases are final. This means we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on orders.
Custom made includes any sticker where there is a colour choice or personalised information.

We absolutely do not accept returns for:
Incorrect colour choice or match (Please purchase a colour sample before ordering)
Unhappy with style or font choice (All of our personalised items have font guides)
Incorrect size or design ordered (All of our items have detailed dimensions and information to ensure you are ordering the correct size and layout)

If your item does arrive defective or damaged please do not dispose of your item. All items will need to be returned for inspection.

Our stickers are made from the highest quality vinyl. Any rips, tears or issues are usually always down to poor application or care. Please note that when applying a sticker you must take time, care and have the up most patience. Simply ripping at the sticker will always result in a damaged item and we cannot replace for this reason.

Firstly do NOT dispose of the item. We cannot refund or replace until an item has either been returned or sufficient photographic evidence has been received.

Faulty items are extremely rare but on occasions vinyl can have an issue.

Please contact us as soon as a fault is recognised. We will do our best to work with you to sort this as quickly as possible.

We prefer to replace items and not refund. Replacements will be sent at our own cost.

Please note you may be asked to return the item at your own cost. Please await instructions and always obtain proof of sending from your delivery company. Always choose the cheapest option to return the item if you require the postage to be refunded.
