Most issues resolve themselves within 24 hours and are due to incorrect scans with drivers.

1. Many times a carrier will scan a package incorrectly marking it as delivered prior to the physical arrival. If this is the case with your package, they may attempt to redeliver on the next business day.

2. The local post office where the package was sent to will be able to tell you the exact GPS location of where the items where left — their truck does this automatically when an item is scanned out. If it happens that they delivered it to a neighbor or something by mistake, this GPS location should be able to help find out who that was and normally they will be able to retrieve it!

Great box, got it on the Black Friday deal and my friend and her fiancé loved it! Weird cause it said it was delivered but she didn’t actually receive it until a week later (she was in town).
