Proofs are provided within 3 business days of purchase, business days are Monday - Friday. For instance, if you ordered on Friday, this would mean by Wednesday of the following week :)

Orders are printed and shipped 1 business day after approval. If we do not receive communication from you within 48 hours of the proof being sent, we will ship the order as-is. If you purchased a RUSH order, unacknowledged proofs will ship 24 hours after the initial proof is sent. These policies are to avoid unnecessary delays. We know many of you are working on tight schedules.

Generally this request can be accommodated (ie. "Love is sweet" is shown as the design listing, but you need this to say "Thank you for coming!"). Additional fees may apply. Our designs are typeset and some are hand lettered. Please understand it takes time for us to adjust the text in these cases, and any additional fees charged would be to cover that time spent on your custom creation :)
