This is a Full pattern and Tutorial to make the baby, placenta, cord and Uterus. Detailed written instructions and photos. The finished baby is 7.5" long, the placenta is 5" and Uterus is 10.5"

This pattern is written using U.S. crochet terms and is recommended for intermediate skill level and above.

This birth teaching aid is an excellent demonstration tool or gift for midwives, doulas or childbirth educators.

To complete the pattern you will need;
2 balls of DK yarn in Pink ( or substitute this for one ball of worsted or UK chunky)
Dk yarn in skin colour of your choice
DK in red (small amount)
DK in blue (small amount)
12mm safety eyes
Stuffing
Embroidery thread (small amount)
A button
Stitch marker (paperclip works well)
Scissors,
Needle for sewing
a 3.5 mm hook
a 5mm hook
