I am a natural scientist, expert fact finder and researcher, former art instructor/educator and an artist with an unlikely Super Power-Autism. When you purchase your order, you pay for shipping through the USPS. Once your order is mailed out, the package becomes the responsibility of the United States Post Office. You will be given an email with your tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, contact the USPS with the tracking number provided to you in your email.
I ship all orders within 1-3 days of purchase and on average, First Class domestic orders take 3-10 days to arrive. If you need your item in less than 7 days from the time of your order, the USPS suggests purchasing Priority or choose UPS Ground. Buying Priority/UPS shipping is not an additional fee paid to me, this is money that you are giving to the delivery service in exchange for faster transportation across the country. Priority is guaranteed by the USPS to arrive within 1-5 days of it being sent out they will refund the shipping costs after you file a claim. Shipping estimates are estimates. They cannot be guaranteed.

How it's Made
My jewelry is hand-cast using the lost wax method with both upcycled copper alloy and sterling silver metals. Each listing states what material the piece is made from.
Each piece starts out as a wax model. To keep the figure in place, wax sprues are attached to the model and then it is place inside a steel cylinder. The cylinder is filled with an investment mold material that resembles plaster. After the investment is properly set, the cylinder is placed into a kiln and brought up to 1,310 degrees in order to burn out the wax pieces (hence the term Lost Wax). Molten metal is then poured into the mold, cooled, polished and ready to be turned into jewelry!

Gemstones & Fossils
All of my gemstones and fossils come from a trusted dealer. I use Genuine Dinosaur Bone & Coprolite,Ammonite Fossils, Coral Fossils, Orthoceras Fossils,Semi-precious gemstones,Precious Fire Opals, and created fire opals in my creations. If I don't have a gemstone you have been looking for listed, chances are I have it or can find it for you!
Why am I being charged a tariff fee?
Since BREXIT, the UK now taxes its citizens for importing goods. If you buy goods online from outside the EU for delivery to the UK, you'll have to pay a Customs Duty (if over £120 value) or an Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price. This is a fee placed by the EU government and MM is not responsible for paying taxes to the EU.
Why am I charged a tariff fee from your shop but not other Etsy shops?
Other shops may mark the package as under $10 USD, evading importation laws so their customers will not be charged a tariff tax but this is ILLEGAL and those shops can be prosecuted in a court of law. We abide by all laws and your package will be marked with the exact amount you paid, nothing less. We are not responsible for paying this fee. If your package is sent back because the tariff was not paid for, the buyer will have to pay for return postage. If the tariff is not paid, it gets marked as "Unclaimed" and may never return back to me-Refunds for unclaimed items will not be accepted. Please understand this before making your purchase.
How to Take Care of Plated Jewelry
Plating is a process where a layer of silver or gold is coated onto the surface of another metal. Since the jewelry is not 100% solid silver or gold, extra care should be taken to maximize it's lifespan. Plated items have been sealed but may wear off over time.
Here are some ways to decrease the chances of your jewelry from fading:
• Do *not* shower, swim or expose your jewelry to water or chemicals.
• After every use, clean your jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dirt. Do *not* use soap or a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating.
How to Take Care of Sterling Silver Jewelry
Aside from Gold, Sterling Silver is the best type of metal to wear because it will not rust, you can shower in it and it doesn't degrade over time-it lasts forever!
Sterling Silver will naturally acquire a patina when exposed to air but can easily be cleaned off. To keep your Sterling Silver jewelry shiny, wear it! Your own body oil will keep off the patina but when you aren't wearing it,it is suggested that you keep it in an airtight container such as a ziplock bag. It can also be polished with jewelry cleaner or a polishing cloth.
Exchanges/Cancellations/Repair Policy
We are a custom handmade shop. This takes a lot of work and time on our behalf. Due to this, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Some exceptions may apply.
We accept exchanges/returns if the item is incorrect or not as described within 2 weeks from purchase date. Otherwise,sales are final. Returned merchandise must be in mint, unworn condition to qualify.
Please contact me before sending back your purchase. Items sent without approval are marked returned to sender & don't qualify for a refund.
If an item breaks during wear, repair fees are based on individual circumstances. In most cases, repair costs are between $0-$11 and include free jewelry polishing services. Customer pays for shipping costs both ways.
What if I don't recieve my order by the expected delivery date?
Shipments all around the world are being delayed due to lack of employees & airplanes. Expected/Estimated Delivery Dates are not exact, they are simply to be used as a reference.
Replacements will be made if, after 180 days have passed, the item has still not been delivered. At that point, then the item is considered lost and customers will receive store credit to purchase another one at no additional cost.
