The earrings are nice, they are thorns cast in silver so there’s not much to say. The packaging was nice too. The downside was customer service. When I had a concern about my order (I received a shipping notification meant for someone else, there was a different name and item mentioned), it took weeks to get a response. By then, my order was already delivered. Thankfully I got what I ordered, but getting no response for weeks about an issue like this was not ideal. I was worried I was possibly receiving someone else’s order. Customer service response needs improvement.
