Care instructions
All plants are supplied with a printed Care Instructions postcard on how to give your plant the best possible growing conditions.
I'm also more than happy to answer any plant care questions so please get in touch!
Sizing details
All listings show representative photos of the size of plant you will received. Pot size is stated in cm and is the diameter at the top of the plant pot.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Having been shipping live plants and trees professionally for many years (since 2012!) I have developed a very good system to ensure they travel safely. The system has an excellent rate of success with very few incidents of damaged plants.
The packaging is also eco-friendly being almost all recyclable or compostable.
A gift wrapping service is available at £3.00 per order, this option can be selected at checkout.
I'm worried about buying plants online, is it a risk?
Many people are purchasing their first plants online since Covid. It's a fantastic & convenient way to find a wider range of plants than is available at most garden centres or plant shops.
Rest assured that any plant ordered from me will be just as gorgeous as any you would pick out for yourself! The packaging system I've developed for plants has an excellent rate of success. Plus if you plant does arrive damaged or is not what you'd hoped for I'm here to help discuss refunds or replacements.

My shop has a flat rate for any order of £4.99 meaning you can order as many items across the whole range as you like for the same shipping cost!

Currently I ship to all of mainland UK. Since Jan 2021 I am unfortunately no longer able to ship live plants to Northern Ireland due to Brexit. Customers from Northern Ireland, Channel & Offshore Islands may have their orders cancelled and refunded. This is due regulations and to a history of plants arriving in poor condition to these destinations. You will be contacted if this is the case.
What had changed since Brexit?
On Jan 2021 the UK left the European Union. I am unfortunately no longer able to ship live plants to Northern Ireland due to Brexit regulations. This is something I regret very much and am saddened by to have lost a group of lovely customers overnight.
Customers from NI may still be able to order live plants from the EU without the extra certification now needed on plants from mainland UK.
