Frequently asked questions
What shipping options do you offer?
I primarily use USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority or USPS Ground for shipping but will occasionally use FedEx or UPS for larger items to keep costs low. The available options are noted for each item at checkout. Feel free to contact me to request expedited shipping.
Is insurance included with shipping?
Insurance up to $100 is included on all USPS Priority packages. For USPS First Class Package (only available for 15 oz and under) or USPS Parcel Select or Ground packages, insurance is not included. For larger shipments, insurance may be included but only if mentioned in the item description.
Please note that all packages are sent with tracking to confirm delivery. Once delivery is confirmed, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so Priority Mail is encouraged with more costly items.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately I only ship to the 48 states at this time.
Are these miniatures for children?
No, these miniatures are not intended for small children and may be choking hazards. These are not toys and are meant for decoration only.
