I've been slinging vintage for about 20 years, but in the last few, I finally made my life easier with a planning system.

I initially started with a bullet journal, but was held back by having to draw everything out every week.

These pages help me focus my thoughts for the week and make a plan that helps me work on just what's most important for my shop that week, while keeping track of everyday tasks.

The listing and sourcing page helps keep me on track with getting my most promising or time-sensitive inventory posted first, as well as noting sales and thrift stops I plan to make (or in my case, try to stay away from). Open space at the bottom of the page leaves room for notes and brainstorming.

Pages can be printed back-to-back and fit into a letter-size monthly planner, or combined with my other pages for a planner focused solely on your vintage business.

For best results, print with "normal" print quality and at "actual size" rather than "fit to page."

I print mine on 32lb paper so pages stand up better to hole punching and ink doesn't bleed through.
