1 out of 5 starsI downloaded the theme and was unable to edit once downloaded. I contacted the shop and asked for any help or advice the owner could offer. The owner said she would work on the issue and see if she could offer me any advice to resolve my problem. That was two weeks ago. I have followed up with her and have still not heard anything. Very disappointing and a waste of my money.

My theme support does not include teaching my buyers how to work with the WordPress blogging platform--although I always go out of my way to help my clients in any way I can. The instructions included with the theme package is pretty much straight forward and easy to understand even for beginners. The buyer asked for some extra help and I was caught up with something that prevented me from doing online work at that time so I was unable to respond to her asap.

Looking forward to getting a little custom work from her next. If your like me and searched etsy for days before buying... Stop looking and buy one from here you won't regret it!!

Do your themes work on WordPress.com?
No. Our themes are for self-hosted WordPress only (WordPress.org). You need to have a domain, hosting, and WordPress software installed in order for our themes to work on your website. WordPress.com does not offer the ability for you to upload custom themes.
Can you install my theme for me?
Yes! I can help you with theme installation for a small additional fee. You can purchase this listing - Blog Theme Add On.

Do you offer support for your WordPress themes?
Totally! Support only covers issues related to theme installation and customization, to make it look like the demo site.
It does not cover questions or problems that arise due to plugins that were not recommended and also issues related to WordPress as a blogging platform.
You can either send me an Etsy convo or you can send me an email. and I usually respond within 24 hours :-)
What is the turnaround time for Premade Logos and Headers and what files shall I recieve for you?
I will send proofs of the design with in 48 hours and you will have to approve it. Once I get your approval then I will send the final logo files to your email.
You will be getting high resolution JPeG and PNG files of your design along with font and color information. The AI or vector file will also be sent to you upon request, but no font file will be shared.
