I have rather long processing and shipping times set on my listings and this is due to ensuring extra time cushion when the busy holidays hit. I would rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around. On average during most of the year, products ship in about 3-5 business days.

Processing times in BUSINESS days - regular season / holidays:
white mugs - 3-5 / 10 days
black mugs - 5-7 / 10-14 days
travel mugs, shot glasses - 5-7 / 10 days
clothing - 5 / 10 days
jewelry - 7-10 / 14 days

Regular shipping is USUALLY around 5-10 business days, expedited upgrade option is around 2-4 days. Expedited shipping upgrade is only available for WHITE MUGS OF BOTH SIZES, BLACK 11 oz mugs, tumblers, travel mugs, not clothing.

CUSTOM DESIGN CHANGES are completely FREE OF CHARGE within the design you order! I love my customers and giving that extra custom feel with every order makes me really happy so I do it automatically with every order and do not charge anything extra for this :-) I do everything myself and so will make it for you as long as your request is clearly stated in the NOTES SECTION or PERSONALIZATION BOX of your order - order the design you like, tell me in the notes section what you would like to change and how - example, put a name on the back of the mug (unless custom, every design is double sided) instead of the design, change the name/family member/hobby/profession in the design etc. The more info you give me the better :-)

As all my items are made to order, I do not accept returns or cancellations as the product will start being made very soon after you order it. However, if there is any mistake on my part with your order, I will ALWAYS fix it for you - you will be sent a replacement with the correct mug free of charge or whatever will be needed to make you happy with your purchase. Regular shipping is a combination of DHL ecommerce that gets the package most of the way and then hands it over to your local USPS post office for final delivery. This means that USPS tracking is usually only updated the very last day or few days of the shipping process. Regular shipping takes anywhere from 6 to even 10 business days during the busy holidays but is cost effective (mugs are heavy). For fast 1-3 business day shipping, make sure you upgrade your order to the expedited shipping option that is shipped directly by USPS priority shipping but is expensive.

All my items are of the absolute highest quality and printed using the most advanced printing techniques. I do NOT use cheap decals that wash away fast. Your purchase will last and stay as new no matter how many times washed. All my designs/artwork is absolutely original and I can only guarantee my originals for this quality, please know that copies of my products are out there and in many cases the quality is lacking so please be aware of that.
