*Small Bone pet ID tags are 1.5 inchesx 1 inch in size - allow for a max of 2-3 lines

*Large Bone pet ID tags are 2 inches x 1.3 inches in size - allow for a max of 3-4 lines

*Small Round pet ID tags are 1.25 inches in diameter

*Large Round pet ID tags are 1.5 inches in diameter

If you are ordering our ceramic pet bowls and you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please send us a message first. Large boxes, especially heavy ones, can cost considerably more than our $9 shipping rate. Typically can be between $15-$45 depending on how many bowls, and what size bowls. We will create a custom listing for you once we can calculate the shipping costs by the weight of the package.

The Dapper Paw is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by The Dapper Paw. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against The Dapper Paw, its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.

We operate Monday - Friday. We provide proofs on your custom items within 1-3 business days of your purchase. If you purchase on Saturday, the latest you will receive your proof is the following Wednesday. If you need help with something on the weekend, we will do our best to answer messages. Thank you!

TheDapperPaw reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of TheDapperPaw and cannot be used without our permission.

Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor or phone screen you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratios settings. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on his or her computer/phone screen will not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our fabrics/tags/bowls/placemats as they actually are. Please keep this in mind.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on NON-CUSTOM items.

If you receive your item and there is an issue, you MUST contact us within 3 days of being marked delivered. Items must be in unwashed, original condition if returned. You MUST provide us with tracking. Sufficient return packaging/protection is customer responsibility. If the item is lost or damaged in on the way back to us, we are not liable to complete the return. Exchanges are allowed for the same item, but different size ONLY. Returns will be refunded once the item is back in our possession. You will be refunded for the cost of the item, not shipping.

Cancellations are only accepted if you have not received a proof.

Proofs will be sent within 3 business days of your purchase date. Please do your best to respond within 48 hours. Edits to proofs will be sent within 48 BUSINESS hours.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY FOR SPELLING AND PHONE NUMBER ERRORS. If you approve the proof, it will be printed. We are not responsible for errors after your item is made. If you receive your item and there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We do not send proofs before purchase due to the volume of orders we receive.
