I use Bulgarian Post Registered Priority Mail and Swiss post, which provides tracking number of the items.
Sometimes it may be a case of Postal delay unforeseen circumstances, so please be patient.
Please note that the Postal considered a delayed shipment after 30 days by date of sending and complaints to postal can be brought not earlier.

For expedited shipping, please choose the 'Shipping Upgrade' - DHL Express option during the checkout process. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 4 days depending on your location.

International shipments travel as recommended and because of this you have to get your shipment against your personal signature. If the postal officer not find you on your address, will leave a note for you and you will need to visit your post office to pick it up.
Your shipment will be waiting in the post office 15 days. If, within these 15 days you do not take it, it will be returned to me. In this case I will not have responsibility for this. Responsibility for unclaimed package will be entirely yours.
Please do not forget to look for your package to your post office if postal officer do not find you on your address!

We take care in packaging the mugs and all of our shipments for that matter with secure packages These are meant to keep the former safe and sound during transportation, minding the fact logistics sometime take their toll
I kindly advise you to inspect your shipment immediately after arrival.
In the unlikely event that the mug arrives damaged, we will send you a new one. We do require a photo of the damage including the shipping box with tracking number for insurance purposes.
Please send me a message via Etsy with a pictures attached for proof WITHIN 48 HOURS, and I will happily replace your mug!

Please read carefully the descriptions for sizes of products or contact me with questions, to prevent each other of misunderstanding.

In case your item is not delivered for whatever reason, please contact me. Delivery can sometimes take longer than the announced deadline. If an item is returned to me due to incorrect address or because it has remained unclaimed, your money will be refunded minus the delivery fee.
If you want, I can send it back to you, but you should pay once again delivery charges.

In November and December, there is some delay in the international supply because post offices are very busy.
Please note that sending from Bulgaria, Europe and airmail delivery to countries outside Europe can take from 2 to 4 weeks, even longer at busy times such as Christmas.
Please have in mind that due to security checks upon entering the US and other countries and due to bad weather during the winter months transport is very difficult, many packages are delayed. Even though USPS gives a delivery frame of about 2 weeks for the international shipping, many packages are not delivered even after 4 weeks and it is still not considered delayed.
For me, the only thing I can do is to send your position on time.

We can personalize your mug. If it is a minor change, when checking out, just leave me a note in the notes to seller section with what you would like to change it to and I'll take care of it. Be sure to mention that you want to add it to the mug. If you want a more complicated change, just send me a convo and we can work it out.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping. We can include a note in the package though. When checking out, just leave what you'd like in the notes to seller section. Be sure to mention that you want to include it as a note to the recipient.
