Not gonna lie, really upset. Got the dress and I am swimming in the length. I let her know I wouldn’t be wearing heels and it’s at least 6” to a foot too long. On top of which it doesn’t fit correctly on the shoulders so doesn’t sit correctly on my waist. The alterations alone are gonna cost several hundred to fit correctly because of the lace work to adjust with. Beyond disappointed as the whole goal with a custom made dress was to not need the alterations to begin with. Buyers be forewarned. I could have justified it if it was one thing to adjust, not several.

Its disappointing that my product did not meet this customer’s expectations. The dress was made from customer provided measurements, including the length(from waist to floor)+1” for flat shoes. All measurements were checked prior to shipment. From the photo provided by the customer, the only alterations required was to shorten the straps and the hem line, both inexpensive adjustments. To my future customers, please take into account the following: all my wedding gowns are made with 3 basic measurements (bust, waist, hip). In some cases, depending on body shape, posture and most importantly the accuracy of provided measurements, some adjustments may be required. All my gowns are designed and made for ease of any adjustments. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
