All orders are carefully packed by me to ensure safe delivery. I use a variety of packaging across my orders and try to use recyclable and recycled packaging as much as possible according to the demands of each order to ensure it's safe arrival with you.

I post all orders asap after receipt of payment, usually within 2 working days, often within 24hours. When I have posted your order I will let you know is is on it's way to you via the etsy dispatch note.

I post all orders by Royal Mail First Class post. Larger orders pending size of parcel and value will be sent by Royal Mail First Class signed for delivery and will require a signature. Only orders sent by this service will have a tracking number. Most first class post aims to arrives in 2 to 3 days, but can be up to a week or more pending postal service. Please note order arrival dates are beyond my control.

Please ensure you have the correct, up to date address on your order when it is placed. I am not responsible for orders which go astray due to incorrect address details. No refunds or replacements can be offered due to an incorrect shipping address. If you notice the address is incorrect contact me and I will be happy to change it, providing your order has not already been dispatched.

Please be aware that VAT or any other taxes are NOT included in the price shown in my Teeth and Claws shop, I am a small business (a sole trader) and not VAT registered, so do not collect any taxes from you whatsoever. Etsy has recently added the VAT note beneath all items across all Etsy shops regardless of VAT status.

If you are buying one of my items as a gift I am very happy to send your purchase directly to the recipient, just let me know in the note section at checkout, and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. I can also add a short handwritten message on the back of one of my new gift tag/cards to the order so they know who it is from.

No, sorry. My greeting cards are all printed for me by a professional greeting card manufacturer and so I am afraid I cannot add custom printed messages in house, however I can hand write a short message and post directly to the recipient on request.

My cards are lovely and thick and very high quality and blank inside for you to write your own message.
