The Fatebringer is so AMAZING ! It’s heavy, beautifully crafted and made for the perfect Christmas gift for my kid who loves playing Destiny. We can’t wait to paint it! Zander was so accommodating and directed me to this model after I had purchased the more complex one. His advice, quick responses and instructions on how to assemble the model were so appreciated. When exactly will my item ship?

Each listing has a processing window of when your item will ship from the time of order. When an order is placed, the exact ship date is randomly generated by etsy within that window. Additionally your order may be processed faster or slower depending on overall
workload, which is not automatically adjusted in the processing time of listings and would be impossible to manually adjust processing times on the fly between 30+ listings.

As a result, please allow up to +3/-3 business days for kits to ship from their generated ship date, and up to +5/-5 business days for finished listings. Please do not send us messages asking for updates, unless the shipping date is past due. We'll get in contact with you in that case. Thank you!

Do you take payment installments?

We realize some of our items can be expensive in the eyes of the everyday person. As far as we know however, there is nothing we can do to set up a payment installment on our end for an item. Paypal or something similar does have a payment plan, but it is up to the buyer to do that sort of research. Making payments outside of Etsy is also an option.

Custom and personalized orders

For almost 5 years, we accepted cancellations but have more recently seen the potential damage it can do to our business. As such, we still do accept cancellations within 24 hours, but there will be a 15% penalty for doing so.
