✨ When purchasing a windmill, we highly recommend measuring out the space placement before purchase.
✨ Handmade with love and crafted to look like its spent decades in a rainy desert! The Decor windmills are made of solid steel metal and have been given time to rust, allowing each one its own unique final decorative pattern - no two are alike!
✨ Windmill is sealed initially for you and can withstand indirect outdoor elements ( such as being placed on a porch) and is also intended for indoor decor

✨ Some of our windmills need light assembly. This will depend on your shipping location and the windmill size chosen. Assembly will include screwing the provided rusted bolts to the blades and back frame, and running the wire through pre-drilled holes.

✨ Since there are multiple mediums onto which the windmills may be hung, hanging Hardware will not included. The windmills do hang easily by the wire that goes through it or through the center holes ( If a Full size) We recommend hanging with a screw into a stud or drywall anchors, Mollys, or an appropriate weight Money Hook.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your family members, concierge, mail room, neighbors, your mail person, or your post office. Often times, it has been delivered to a neighbor by mistake of the mail carrier. We will walk you through a claims through the USPS or UPS if you need assistance. We cannot refund for USPS/UPS/FEDEX lost packages.

🧾 Returns: We know that sometimes item details like sizing, or materials are accidentally missed and you may want to know about returns. If the item is not custom, we may be able to help. Authorized returns may be accepted on some items. The return will be shipped back at the customers expense, with a up to a 25% restock fee deducted, as well as original shipping costs deducted from refund if the item had free shipping. This will be communicated before return. If the item is returned via refusal or wrong address, we do not reach out, and will consider the item abandoned 30 days after receipt.
