I like that I don’t care to having to wait up to a couple of days for a reply. Very accommodating .They are there to please you. Making sure that you get exactly what you order. And they are not standoffish Very personable. These pieces surpassed my expectations.😃

a. Items are shipped after full payment has been confirmed. All parcels are post and shipped from Spain via Express Shipping Companies (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, Correos Express...)
b. To prevent eventual damage that could happen during shipping stages, we specially endeavor to safety pack each item.
/// PLEASE do not accept any damaged box at the delivery. We send all our furniture in strong wood boxes to avoid damages but in occasions the shipping companies don´t take care. We need you to notify any damage to the company to be able to claim the inssurance.
c. Purchaser will be informed on week of sending - (parcel departure)
d. Usual Delivery times are:
• Between 3 and 10 days within Spain,
• Between 5 and 15 days within EU
• Between 8 and 30 days for overseas destinations.
e. Loss / Delay: We have 29 days to claim our shipping company inssurance. Please contact us if you don´t receive your order so we can solve it asap.
Due to quality workmanship often made to order, but also due to post, logistic and security services levels, varying in each country, we are not in position to confirm an exact delivery date just when ordering.
So, if you require a dead line delivery time, make sure you place your order well in advance or send us an email so we can confirm the delivery time.

b. All our products are not suitable for children.
c. All our products should be kept away from fire because they are made of flammable materials such as fabrics and/or wood.
d. In case of any dispute that could not be solved by a mutual agreement between seller and purchaser, matter should be expressly taken before Commercial Court of Seville in Spain.
