Current turn around time is 1-2 business days ( does not include weekends and holidays). Turn around time is the time when your order is made and shipped out. It does not mean that you will receive the order in that time. After the packages are dropped off in the post office, it will be scheduled for delivery based on the shipping method that you choose at checkout.
When the order is shipped out, there is a tracking number sent to you which has information of the package. The post office loses packages sometimes and it can be frustrating. Please let me know, I will try my best to help.
