The maximum band width that our boxes can accommodate is 4mm. It is possible fit a band width of 5mm, however, it will be a very tight fit. The maximum stone size for our engagement boxes on Etsy is 12mm, with up to 14mm available if you choose the soft touch engagement box on our website, www.woodsbury.com.

We offer DHL express and standard shipping rates for all international orders, both options include tracking.

DHL express orders will arrive between 3 - 4 business days, while standard shipping orders will take between 5 - 14 business days. Arrival time also depends on our processing time, this is typically 3 business days.

Prices for DHL express start from $24 AUD, and standard rates from $14 AUD. Prices will change depending on your location.


We offer $11 AUD express shipping for all Australian customers purchasing on Etsy. We also offer free domestic shipping on our website, www.woodsbury.com. Standard shipping orders will arrive within 4 - 5 business days, while express orders will arrive next business day in major metro areas.

Each box is sent in a custom packaging box encompassed by a bubbled envelope to ensure it arrives safely.


We try to keep the packaging for the engagement boxes as discreet as possible by labelling the description as 'empty accessory box'.

Our typical processing time is 3 business days. If you do need your order sent urgently we can expedite, please email admin@woodsbury.com with details and we will get in touch as soon as we can.

If you do decide to purchase please add a note in the checkout section with details about your rush order.

Each ring box has been carefully coated with burnishing oil and beeswax to extend the life of the timber. To keep the box in good condition avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or humid / wet conditions.

Please be aware that for some international orders customs duty or tax may be charged on any item purchased and imported into your country (example - UK orders). Please ensure you are familiar with the tax and customs duties that may apply within your country. Buyers will be held responsible for any tax or import/customs fees payable. Woodsbury is only capable of tracking changes to shipping costs and not the different tax rates for each country. Currently, we only offer logo or image engraving for orders equal to or greater than 10. If you are interested in purchasing quantities of this amount please email us at admin@woodsbury.com.
