Once your cookies arrive they do not have to be refrigerated. The cookies can be left in the heat sealed bags at room temperature. If you’d like you can remove them from the bags once you are ready to display them for your event.

ALL cookies are made a shipped out the week of your event, ONLY. Once your order is ready to go out you will receive an email from Etsy with your tracking information.

Cookies are shipped out to arrive on or before the date YOU provided on your order form. Your need by date should be 1-2 days prior to your event date.

If you have not submitted a need by date please reach out to me.

If your package is delayed by the carrier, please contact the carrier. Once the package leaves my hands I have no control or updated information on its transit. The carrier will be able to give you the best updated information as well as alternative delivery options if any.

I am not and can not be held responsible for shipping delays/reschedules of any kind caused by the carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS), weather or disaster conditions, or for charges incurred for redelivery attempts and/or incorrect address information. I WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON THE ETSY ORDER FORM ONLY. I CAN NOT UPDATE OR CHANGE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER. Please make it extremely clear where your box is to be shipped.

No refunds of any kind will be offered or issued

I am generally closed on all the weekends. However the shop will remain open for all purchases.

Most if not all messages will go unanswered until Monday morning.

All messages will be answered Monday thru Friday.

During the summer months June-September I am closed from Friday-Sunday. Messages will be answered on Monday.

If the cookies are damaged during transit. Please take pictures of the cookies, the package and the box the cookies were shipped in. Send all of the pictures to me.

I can put in an insurance claim for the damages. Each package sent out is insured by the carrier.

Please note: No claim submitted is guaranteed to be refunded by the carrier.

I do not issue refunds or credits for broken or damaged cookies during transit as stated in my shops policies.

Due to the current pandemic (COVID-19) here with Mizz Desserts we value or customers and their safety. We understand events are being cancelled and venues are being closed. Thankfully Mizz Desserts will be allowing ALL customers the opportunity to postpone their existing orders. We have always had an all sales are final policy that can be referenced in our shop. This policy will remain the same during this challenging time. A credit for your purchase will be given for all postponed orders and stay in effect for 1 year from the date your order was placed.

Mizz Desserts will gladly reschedule any postponed orders and create beautifully decorated cookies for your next event. After the year mark without rescheduling the order will be cancelled
