Ring slings are an easy to sew baby carrier and a great way to keep your baby and children close, from full term birth to toddler years.
This 16 page tutorial will provide all the information you need to convert your woven wrap into a ring sling. Complete with pictures and diagrams, directions are provided for:
- choosing the length for your ring from 60" (1.5m) to 90" (2.4m)
- choosing gathered or floating for shoulder style
- sewing the rings into the shoulder
Directions are also provided for chopping your wrap, including cutting a new tapered hem and moving the middle markers.
All you need is a woven wrap, 2 large babywearing rings, thread, scissors and sewing machine.
