Of course, if you have something that you would like to change, just give us detailed information and, if possible, some photos with an example.

We also offer mix'n'match several Amelii designs to create your dream dress. For example, you want tulle skirt from one dress, lace top from other and bohemian ruffles from another Amelii wedding dress model. We can combine and unite those elements into one and only perfect wedding gown of your dreams!

Every dress is made based on your body measurements, but keep in mind that there may be a possibility of some little alterations made by your local seamstress, if there's something you want to change. Why so? Because it is very difficult to create perfect dress without fittings. But we ask you to contact with us if you think that something is not right.

We do not accept returns because every single wedding dress is made based on bride's individual measurements who has ordered the dress. We take an individual approach to every bride and that also can include changes in the original wedding gown design made based on customer's wishes.

You can cancel your order within 3 hours after making a purchase if you have changed your mind and if you think something is not right with the dress, please let us know within 2 months after receiving and we will surely solve problem together.

Of course, we want for you to be happy and create the perfect wedding dress of your dreams, that is why we can change everything you want. All we need is your vision, some examples if possible and communication with you, so we could turn your dream dress into reality!

In average we can make a wedding dress in 8-10 weeks. It depends on how many orders we have at the time and how difficult design you want and if there is some changes you would like to make, that is why we recommend to contact us beforehand your wedding date.

Please keep in mind that communication with you for clarity of your desired design can take some time too. We start making dress only after all details have been discussed and you have made a purchase.

Shipping time is not included in the 4-6 week period of making the dress.
