◈◈◈ Processing time for all orders placed after 12/5/22 is 3-4 weeks. 12/5/22 is our shop's cut-off date for orders to arrive prior to Christmas. We are extending our production times temporarily in order to welcome a new baby to the family. Please note that while we do supply Priority 2-4 day shipping, any USPS delays are completely out of our control.

Custom and personalized orders
We love and welcome custom orders! We are happy to customize any listing or even create something totally different for you. If you have any ideas or questions, send us a message!
Custom orders can vary in price. Message us with any questions or ideas, and we'll be happy to give you a quote.
Wood Appearance
Because no piece of wood is the same and stain colors vary in appearance under certain lighting, your item will look similar to, but not identical to, the listing. We try to encapsulate the stain colors with natural lighting in our listing photos, but they may vary slightly.
If you are curious about a certain stain or color, please message us, and we'll be happy to send additional pictures for you to get a better idea of the color.
Local Pickup/ Delivery
If you live in the East Tennessee area and would like to pick up your order, please contact us for details.
Packaging Info
We are a VERY eco-friendly shop, and most of our materials are either recycled or created from recycled materials. We encourage our customers to also reuse any and all packaging supplies affiliated with orders.
Damaged Product
Despite our careful and durable packaging, sometimes items can still become damaged in transit. Our damage policy: You must contact us via Etsy or email within 24 hours to let us know that your item arrived damaged. You must provide us with photos of the damage and also a photo of the original shipping box and packing materials. We do not offer refunds on items that arrived damaged, but we will replace the damaged item immediately.
Wrong Address/ Lost Package
FoothillsWoodCo is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with the correct address.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify USPS of a lost or missing package. Once the package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer, unless the package becomes damaged in transit (see damaged item FAQ).
