I ordered this item 11-27-20. As of 1-15-21, I have not received this item and also have not received a response from the seller regarding replacement or refund. Update 1-22-21 After I learned it was my responsibility to file a claim with USPS, I did so. The result was that my order 'magically' appeared in my mailbox a couple of days later. The dinosaur magnets are adorable and were worth waiting for. Chantelle, thank you for your assistance.

The dinosaurs arrived with the magnets having come unglued. I contacted the company, wrote about it in the on-line form, but at the end it said it wouldn’t be sent until I went to my email & logged in. There was no email. I am very disappointed, as my grandson will be also. I don’t feel that it’s my responsibility to buy Super Glue to repair an unused toy; plus, would it even stick. I believe I should be compensated but will be surprised if that happens. I don’t plan to use Etsy ever again.
